Can I rent medical equipment instead of buying?
Yes. Wheelchairs, hospital beds, mobility aids and oxygen concentrators are available on 1, 3 and 6 month plans. Longer plans have a lower monthly rent.
What documents are needed for a rental?
A doctor's prescription (for oxygen concentrators and hospital beds) and a government photo ID with address proof.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit is refunded within 7 working days of pickup, after checking the equipment for damage beyond normal use.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most orders in our service cities are delivered within 24–48 hours. Urgent oxygen and bed rentals can often be arranged the same day.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We are authorised partners for the brands we sell, and purchases carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Do you install hospital beds and oxygen concentrators?
Yes. Our technicians install and demonstrate beds, concentrators, CPAP machines and power wheelchairs at no extra charge.
What if rented equipment stops working?
Call our support line. We repair or replace faulty rental equipment free of charge, usually within 24 hours.
